At Workoja, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds may only be granted under specific circumstances as outlined below:

1.1 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Payments for completed job postings, subscriptions, and featured listing upgrades are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

1.2 Refundable Items:

  • In case of technical issues that result in non-delivery of services, such as a job listing not being published, customers may request a refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

1.3 Duplicate Transactions:

  • If you have been charged multiple times for the same service, please contact us within 14 days to request a refund for the duplicate charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must provide proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID).
  • You must describe the issue in detail and provide supporting evidence if required.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe (see Section 1).

  • Include your account details, the reason for the refund, and any relevant proof of payment or error.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellation of Subscriptions

4.1 Monthly/Annual Subscriptions:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not provided for unused portions of the subscription period unless required by applicable laws.

4.2 Free Trials:

  • If you are using a free trial and do not wish to continue with a paid subscription, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

5. Returns Policy for Physical Products (if applicable)

If we offer physical products, such as merchandise:

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by a receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with a job application outcome (e.g., not being hired).
  • Failure to use the purchased service within the designated time frame.
  • Violation of Workoja’s Terms of Service.
